This is the below command which I used

sudo sed -i ‘s/#intfc:dtoverlay=ov5647/intfc:dtoverlay=ov5647/g’ /boot/hw_intfc.conf
sudo reboot

Likely you have old recovery OS. This document is written for Rbian version: 0.7.0-beta.

We will have to update both recovery and Rbian OS on your BrainyPi.

I will email you the steps to update the recovery and Rbian OS.
